M: But during finals, a lot of students pull all-nighters. I know I do. Having a quiet floor is even better—the current library is so noisy during finals.
W: I guess, but the quiet floor will only be in the main library. Most students live on the east campus, and it's a 20-minute walk. They might just stay in their dorms instead.
M: True, but the extended hours and quiet space will still help those who need a change of scenery. I think it's worth trying.
W: I see your point, but I still think the money could be better spent on more study rooms in each dorm building.
