Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be opened on the third floor to accommodate increased demand. The library will also offer free coffee and snacks in the lobby during late-night hours.

Student 1: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. I often pull all-nighters during finals, and having the library open all night means I won't have to study in my noisy dorm. Student 2: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. The free coffee might attract more people, making it crowded and noisy. Plus, the quiet floor is only on the third floor, so other floors might get too loud for studying. Student 1: But the third floor is enough for me. I always study there anyway. And the coffee is a nice bonus—it keeps me awake without having to buy expensive caffeine elsewhere. Student 2: That's true, but what about the students who don't like the third floor? They might struggle to find a quiet spot. I think the library should enforce quiet rules on all floors instead of just designating one.
