W: Really? I'm not so sure. I mean, 24/7 hours sound nice, but it might just encourage more all-nighters, which aren't healthy.
M: But for those of us who work better at night, it's a lifesaver. Plus, the quiet floor will actually help me concentrate. Right now, the main floor is too noisy.
W: I guess that's true. But what about the extra costs? The university might cut funding for other services, like the writing center.
M: I doubt they'd do that. They said these changes are based on student requests, and they'll allocate funds accordingly. The quiet floor alone would justify it for me.
W: Well, if they truly keep other services, then maybe it's okay. But I still worry about the noise from the 24/7 areas affecting nearby study zones.
