Man: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. I mean, 24/7 might be overkill. Most students don't actually study all night, and it'll cost the university a lot in staffing and security. Also, a quiet floor won't solve the noise problem—people will still talk in the other areas, and the library is already crowded. They should invest in more study spaces instead.
