Additionally, a small fee of $10 per semester will be added to all students' tuition to cover increased staffing costs.

Student A (Tom): Hey Sarah, did you see the email about the library hours? I'm pretty excited about the 24/5 option. I often study late on weekdays, and this would be perfect. Student B (Sarah): Really? I think it's a terrible idea. First, cutting weekend hours is a huge mistake. Many students, like me, work part-time on weekdays and only have time to study on weekends. Closing at 6 PM on Saturdays means I'll barely get any library time. Second, charging an extra fee is unfair. We already pay enough in tuition. They should reallocate funds from other departments instead of burdening students, especially those with tight budgets.
