Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university library will extend its hours to 24/7 during finals week. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added on the fourth floor, accessible only with a student ID. The university believes this will improve student performance and reduce stress during exams.

M: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea!
W: Really? I'm not so sure. The 24/7 hours sound nice, but it might just encourage people to procrastinate even more.
M: That's not the point. It gives us flexibility. I have a part-time job, and I can only study late at night. Right now, I have to leave at midnight, which breaks my focus.
W: I get that, but what about the quiet floor? It's only on the fourth floor, and I bet it'll be packed. Plus, they're not adding more study spaces overall, just moving them around.
M: Actually, the quiet floor will have more desks than the current ones. And it's separate from group discussion areas, so I can finally concentrate without hearing people chat. That's my biggest problem now.
W: Hmm, I still think they should focus on adding more seats during the day, not just during finals. But I see your point about the quiet space.
