M: Did you see the email about the new parking permit policy? I think it's a terrible idea.
W: Really? I thought it was reasonable. The shuttle service could really use improvement.
M: But $200 a semester is way too expensive for students. I can't afford that on my part-time job. Plus, the shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and stops at 6 PM. That doesn't help me when I have evening classes.
W: I see your point about the cost, but they said they'd improve the shuttle. Maybe they'll add more buses.
M: Even if they do, I need my car to get to my off-campus internship during the day. Improving bike racks doesn't help me either. This policy just makes it harder for commuters like me.
