M: Did you see the announcement about the library staying open until 2 a.m.? I think it's a huge mistake. W: Really? I thought it would be great for students who need to study late. M: But most students don't actually study that late. They just go there to socialize or sleep. I've seen it during finals—people playing games or chatting loudly. W: Maybe, but extra hours could help those who genuinely need quiet time. M: The problem is, the university will have to pay for more security and utilities. That money could be used to buy more books or improve the wifi, which are real needs. W: So you're against it because it's costly and might be misused? M: Exactly. Plus, I doubt many students will even use it, so it's a waste of resources.
