Campus Announcement: Extended Library Hours Starting next semester, the university library will extend its hours from 10:00 PM to midnight on weekdays. The administration believes this change will accommodate students who study late, especially during exam periods. Additionally, the library will add a new quiet study area on the third floor to reduce noise complaints. These improvements aim to enhance the academic environment for all students.

Man: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea. Woman: Really? I'm not so sure. Extending hours by two hours might not help that much. Most students I know leave by 9 PM anyway. Man: But for those of us who have part-time jobs or evening classes, it's a big deal. I often have to rush my studying because the library closes at 10. Now I can stay longer and get more done. Woman: True, but what about the new quiet study area? That's on the third floor, right? I heard that's where the group study rooms are. Man: That's exactly why it's helpful! The group rooms are always noisy, and the quiet area gives us a separate space to concentrate. Also, with more students staying later, we need that extra space to avoid crowding. Woman: I see your point. I guess I didn't think about those benefits.
