The library administration believes this change will not significantly impact students, as most library usage occurs before 10 PM. Additionally, the saved funds will be allocated to expand the digital resources collection.

M: Did you see the email about the library closing earlier? I can't believe they're cutting hours again. W: I know. It's really frustrating. I often stay until 11 or 12 to finish my lab reports. There's no way I can get them done before 10. M: Exactly. And the digital resources expansion is a poor trade-off. I prefer having physical books for my research. Many of the books I need aren't available online. W: Plus, they claim most students leave before 10, but that's not true during exam weeks. The library is always packed late at night. M: Right. I think they're ignoring the real student needs to save a few bucks. We should protest this decision.
