Man: Did you see the notice about the library being open all night? I think it's a great idea. I often pull all-nighters before finals, and having a quiet, well-lit place to study is so helpful. Plus, my roommate is always noisy, so I need an escape. Woman: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. The extra fee is a bit much for students already on a tight budget. And don't forget, most of us already have access to 24-hour study spaces in the dorm lounges. Man: True, but those lounges are not always quiet or clean. And the fee increase is only five dollars per semester, which is pretty reasonable for the benefit. Woman: Well, if it means better study conditions, maybe it's worth it. I just hope they actually keep the library quiet and safe at night.
