W: I disagree. The library is already crowded at 10 PM on weekdays. Plus, the university could use that time to offer more study workshops or tutoring sessions, making it worth the money.
M: Hmm, I still think it's unnecessary. Most students can manage their time better.
W: But not everyone has that luxury. For those with heavy workloads, every extra hour counts. I'm fully in favor.
