Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library? I think it's a great idea! I always struggle to find a quiet place to study during finals, and the new quiet floor will be a lifesaver. Man: I see your point, but I'm not so sure. The fee increase bothers me. I already pay a lot, and I rarely use the library at night. Why should I pay for something I won't use? Woman: Well, I get that, but think about the benefits. The extended hours will help many students who work during the day and can only study late at night. Plus, the quiet floor will reduce distractions, which means better grades for everyone. That's worth a small fee increase. Man: Maybe, but I still think the university should find other ways to fund this, like cutting costs elsewhere, rather than charging students more.
