Man: But adding a quiet floor might not solve it. They could just enforce rules on existing floors. Plus, extended hours will increase staffing costs, which might lead to fewer new books.
Woman: I see your point, but I still think it's a step forward. The quiet floor gives us a dedicated space, and 24/7 during exams shows the university listens to student needs.
