Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend the library's weekday hours from 10:00 PM to midnight. This change aims to provide more study time for students, especially during exam periods. Additionally, the university will add a new late-night shuttle service to transport students safely from the library to dormitories every half hour between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

M: Did you see the announcement about the library hours? I think it's a great idea.
W: Really? I'm not so sure. Extending hours until midnight sounds fine, but who will actually use it? Most students I know are done by 9 or 10.
M: But during finals, I've seen tons of students staying past 10. My study group often has to leave because the library closes. We'd definitely use the extra time.
W: That's true for finals, but what about the rest of the year? I feel like it's a waste of resources.
M: Well, even if not every night is packed, the option is there. Plus, the late-night shuttle is a huge bonus. It means I don't have to walk alone across campus late at night, which is safer.
W: I guess the shuttle is useful, but I still think the library should focus on more study spaces during the day rather than extending hours at night.
M: I see your point, but for me, the extended hours and shuttle together solve a real problem. I'm all for it.
