Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend library hours to 24/7 during finals week. Additionally, a new quiet study floor will be added on the third level, accessible only to graduate students. The goal is to reduce noise complaints and provide better study environments for all students.

M: Did you see the announcement about the library changes? I think it's a great idea, especially the 24/7 hours during finals. I always have to leave at midnight when I'm in the zone. W: True, but the quiet floor for grad students only? That seems unfair. Undergrads like me also need quiet spaces, and the main floors are always noisy. M: I get that, but the 24/7 hours actually solve that. You can study late at night when it's quieter anyway. Plus, the grad students need it more for their research. W: Maybe, but I still think it's a bit exclusionary. However, I do support the extra hours—that will help everyone. M: Exactly, and with the third floor reserved, there will be less crowding on the other floors, so we all get more space.
