Campus Announcement: Starting next semester, the university will extend the library's hours to 24/5, from Sunday evening to Friday evening. The library will also add a new quiet study floor equipped with individual carrels to accommodate increased demand. The administration believes this change will better support students' academic needs and reduce overcrowding during exam periods.

Woman: Did you see the announcement about the library? I mean, 24/5 sounds great, but I'm not sure about the quiet floor. Man: Really? I think it's a fantastic idea. I'm always up late writing papers, and on weekends, I have to leave at midnight. That's a pain. Woman: True, but they're only extending hours until Friday evening. What about Saturday and Sunday? Those are the days I actually have time to study, but now they're cutting Sunday hours? Wait, it says Sunday evening to Friday evening, so Sunday is included. Still, I'm worried about the new quiet floor. It might be too restrictive. Man: I like the quiet floor. It's hard to focus in the main area with all the group work. I can get more done in a carrel. Woman: But they're turning one whole floor into individual carrels. That means less space for group projects. My study group meets every week, and we already struggle to find a table. I think they should have added more group study rooms instead. Man: I see your point, but I still think it's a step forward. Extension hours help me more than anything.
