In the face of the global climate crisis, many countries are vigorously promoting "top-down" policies such as carbon taxes and reforestation, while others argue that genuine change can only stem from a fundamental shift in individuals' daily consumption habits, such as reducing air travel and meat intake. In your view, should the primary responsibility for addressing climate change rest on mandatory intervention by governments and corporations, or should it rely on the voluntary actions of individual citizens?
