In many countries, urban centers are undergoing significant aging, while younger workforces continue to migrate to suburbs or emerging cities. Some argue that this trend can alleviate resource pressure in city centers and promote community stability; others worry that it will drain vitality from core areas and exacerbate generational segregation. From your perspective, does urban aging represent more of an opportunity than a challenge, or the opposite? Please state your position and support it with reasons and examples.
