In the face of the tide of globalization, some argue that traditional culture is being irreversibly diluted, even reduced to a symbol of commercial consumption; while others insist that globalization precisely provides traditional culture with new vehicles for dissemination and opportunities for revival. In your view, is traditional culture in the era of globalization more likely to perish through homogenization, or to be revitalized through cross-cultural exchange?
