Interestingly, the study found that the size of the green space mattered less than its accessibility. Even small pocket parks, if well-maintained and safe, had a positive effect. However, the researchers noted that the benefits were most pronounced for people who visited these areas at least once a week, rather than for those who merely had a view of greenery from their windows.
