His plan included residential areas, industry, and agriculture, all within walking distance. Importantly, he limited the population to about 32,000 people to ensure adequate space and resources. However, critics later noted that his model lacked provisions for large-scale transportation and heavy industry, which limited its practical application in growing metropolises.
